The stay was good however there is
1. No basement parking for this hotel and I left my bike in a open space parking.
2. The staff members does not any other language apart from Hindi and it was difficult for them to understand things.
3. There is no restaurant to order meal
I hope atleast they would improve the restaurant atleast

AC not working. Cockroaches found on bed. Checked within 3 hrs after booking even though I had overnight booking.

unclean rooms, cocroaches everywhere, no towel ws provided, tv doesn't work..when complained to reception He is least bothered to attend any problems..one of the worst experience..

one of the hopeless service, unclean rooms, tv doesn't work, broken door knobs..receptionist doesn't even care to take our request if needed anything..don't go here and waste ur money..regret booking for my clients..very bad..not recommended.

the stay experience was very bad the room wasn't clean and hygiene level is zero you can see cockroachs crawling everywhere...this is a very bad experience and not worth the money i paid i'm very disappointed

I stayed at this hotel recently and was disappointed with the behavior of the staff. They were not welcoming or helpful, and their attitude made the stay uncomfortable. I hope the management takes this seriously and works on improving customer service.

very badly maintained room in octave jamayca hotel and not sure if the price i paid was worth it. i lost trust in hotels advertised on goibibo. does goibibo set any standards for their hotel clients before you put up their advert? please listen to the ac noise and it had a very disturbed sleep.

Clean Hotel, helpful staff, all amenities available. A must stay at Octave Jamayca for the comfort and pleasure it gives. 👍
