hotel is very clean and reception is good. though my time is upto 11.00am, they permitted another five hours to stay. i checked in only at 21.30 hrs instead of 12.00hrs.
overall excellent. recommended for family too.

the hotel is close to metro station. the distance is walkable. they have got a good restuarant that serves homely food. the only problem is that due to the area being a hub for transport services. there is continuous honking and disturbance plus there are alot of mosquitos. there needs to be an all-out installed by default in each room.

overall good stay, its newly constructed property and the rooms are very clean and hygienic but only thing is they have given fully damaged towels.

Good business stay at that location. neat rooms and local tv cable channels.
quick check in n check out n boarding to bus from Travels.. neat veg resturant besides..

the room was basic room but the room, sheets and toilet were very clean. running hot water was available round the clock. there was smoke smell in the corridor but the room was not smelling. restaurant downstairs was good. Wifi was also working well. we had a problem with the bulb in the toilet at night but it was attended to immediately. overall it was a very good experience. would definitely recommend for short stay.

My stay at Octave Vels Grand Hotel was terrible. Here's why:The place was really dirty. They didn't clean it properly at all.There were bed bugs in my room. It was gross and made it impossible to sleep. When I told the hotel staff about the problems, they didn't care. They didn't try to fix anything.The staff were not careful. They acted like they didn't know what they were doing.They charged a lot of money for a really bad experience. It felt like a rip-off.Overall, I wouldn't recommend staying at Octave Vels Grand Hotel. It was a total disappointment.
