it's in jungle..15km out from main city. if you are with small kids, please don't book. very limited options in food.please bring your own snacks. for couple and friends it's excellent place. less network and no wifi full digital detox.
with the limited food option looks very expensive.
please take tourch with you we saw big scorpion 🦂 . made everyone more scared..

Oland plantation is at a beautiful location, rooms are clean and neat, bathrooms are modern. Rooms are set in a tea plantation and wild land, we had good stay. Staff was courteous and helpful. They can improve food and beverages

Lack of options in food was a bit of trouble. The place and rooms were good. The location is the best part about this place, deep into nature - in middle of waterfall, tea gardens and fruit plants.

Pathetic experience. No separate rooms which we had booked. Unhygienic rooms, bed sheets, washroom. No curtains for privacy, that too even in washroom. No door lock from inside. We had worst experience there. We cancelled our 3 days of trip to coonoor because of this home stay.

This place was an accidental find while planning the honeymoon. Oland plantation stay was the best part of our 7 day road trip. The highlight of this place is that it is located in coonoor, on a 120- acre land. The place is raw and untouched. Hats of to Sam and his family who is taking care of the stay, guests. We stayed at Their Hornbill house , which is one of their best properties. Mr. Sam was very kind enough to upgrade us from the waterfall room to the Jackfruit room and I must say we could not have been happier. It is the perfect place for those seeking a "digital detox" . you are surrounded by nature and birds of so many different kinds it's a complete treat . 5 stars to location! Only sound you will hear is birds chirping and waterfall.Excellent service and a caring staff. They also arrange bonfire in evening.We loved trekking every morning few kms from our villa. We stayed in Mosaic room which is in the main villa . It has got has easy access to services and a balcony.Waterfall room is their best property but a bit separated from the main building.
