we waited an hour to check in, and it was really hot. the hotel staff didn't know how to treat their customers and behaved rudely; they didn't accept nri residency cards and only wanted indian id proof. how can nri people have indian id proof? the room wasn't hygienic, and the receptionist staff wasn't trained.

The room was not cleaned before it was allocated to us. The staff were not responding when requested for service over phone. We had to specifically go to reception and request to clean the room. The AC remote was not working and the fan regulator was also not working. Had a bad experience with room. We have booked 2 rooms. The other room was okay and hence giving 2 stars.

Overall Worst Hotel... 1. no proper maintenance - sticky floor 2. Air condition was not switched on for more than an hour after checking in... 3. No toiletries are supplied... After a long struggle provided 5/- soap 4. No Hot water ... After a long quarrel got some hot water... 5. Slow response from the reception Made my holiday worst... Waste of money... I would strongly recommend tourists not to opt this Hotel

The hotel amenities and services have gone down drastically. It used to be a premium hotel pre-covid but now it seems they are implementing cost cuts for basic things. Had to make regular follow up for 4 hours just to get the TV into working state. I even offered to pay for the recharge. After all now there are per day plans available. But still no support. Staff is also casual about it. asks for 5 mins and then does not respond for 30 mins and upon followup says: IT person is not reachable so we cannot do anything.

don't book this hotel... very experience... thay not provide extra mattress.. thay ask extra cost 800 for mattress.. very long distance for city... food very expensive... location very bad... beside bar and restaurant...

visited second time. Maintainance has degraded compared before pandemic. washrooms are sleepry, no floor boys, only one person doing all the jobs, restaurant is slow, expensive compared to earlier. it was treebo earlier now stand alone which might be the impact.

The suits rooms are really bad and washroom was not at all clean, i immediately did check out from that hotel and if we have any change of plans we wont get any refund... and its not at all worthy Suit room is also very small and very unhygienic, toilet was not at all cleaned properly, it is not at all suitable if we go with kids

Room was good. However, AC wasn't turned even after multiple requests and there were towels availabke and it would be nice if door mat was arranged as the floor was slippery. lights werent functioning on the way to room and we had to use our mobile torch all the times to reach our room and the reason why we didnt want to cancel the room because it has good view. Thanks!
