The hotel location is good. We took 1 premium room which did not feel premium in any manner, had to ask for toiletries since it was not arranged beforehand. Faced issue of bed bugs in one standard room. overall it was an ok experience.

Its Good for stay. But needs to improve the ambience of the hotel for the confortable stay. Need to upgrade the interiors of the hotel rooms.
The Room AC is older ones in few rooms. So those doesn’t work for sometimes.

first of all this property is part of residential complex. the room facilities are really poor.
there is no TV, no toiletries. even towels were not provided. staff cleans room only after demand.
complementary breakfast consists of only one specific dish with average quality
need lot of improvements

The hotel matches neither the description given here nor the 3-star rating. The only thing we liked about it was the floor was maintained clean. Otherwise, the washroom stinks to high heaven, and strangely more after housekeeping. Too noisy and smells cigarette all the time.
The staff behaviour was generally good.
Not suitable for a family, especially non-smoking ones with kids who are looking for a quiet stay.
