location was good but not wheelchair accessable. no minifridge was provided in the rooms. most washrooms were too small. not a value for money 3* stay. staff was good.

They don't have restaurant and finding one in Gokarna is big task. Room was clean and well maintained. They don't have proper parking space. It not value for money. I would recommend not to stay in Gokarna. Its congested, dirty and no proper restaurant to eat.

rating is like 3.5 out of 5.. washroom cleaning can improve much better and water in the washroom was coming in light yellowish first in the evening of check in day and they resolved.. again checkout day also faced same issue..

Rooms are average. Not worth 3.3k however I'm satisfied with the room service and staff. They are polite and helpful. I would like to mention the few experiences I had. Firstly, they don't have dine in service for lunch or dinner. if ordered in the room they pack the food and get paper plates which isn't environment friendly nor compatible. Secondly, I had to pay full amount even if I had to stay a few hrs additional after 11am which is their check out time. Rest everything was good.

worst hotel, nothing is good, unhygienic, toilet is bad, lift is worst, receptionists are pathetic, no cleanliness in room, u will get sick if u stay here, worst hotel with tooooo much pricing, rate should be 500

Hotel is centrally located, easily accessible and walkable to Bus station. Very neat and well maintained. Provided with hot water kettle and 2 bottles of drinking water per day. Two packets of cookies and a chocolate is also given every day. Hot water is available 24/7. They have arrangements for taxi travel to visiting places which are safe, reliable and reasonably charged. Overall good experience. The room size is small but can fit 2 people easily. In breakfast you get mainly south Indian dishes and the menu is fixed for every day. Worst part is wifi which does not work for most of the time. And even if you complaint they will say some network issue. But other than this there were no as such issues.
