given as a small room but while booking it was shown a big room and breakfast is not given to us we had included breakfast the hotel didn't give us.

no photos bcoz i was returning from char dham i was too tired 😩
no kitchen facilities
2pm to 8pm
also morning breakfast was delayed started at 8.30 am early morning flyers what they can do once paid for breakfast..
.there is no kitchen facilities
for tea & coffee also u hv to look around
soy sincerely request to note this points for your creditability..

it was nice and comfortable stay , staff was good and well behaved .also i booked queen size room but they upgraded me to king size without any extra charge.

Horrible experience!! The staff and especially the manager. At the time of check-out, he argued with me and my family that we misplaced the towel or stole the tower ( inke gareeb se hotel ke ghatia se towel koi bhikhari bhi free me naa le ).And when we denied the statements, the manager with few of the staff argued with us that without paying the charges of the towel - ( sir charged pay kiya bina aap hotel ke bahar jake dikhao ) in front of my family.
