WORST EXPERIENCE EVER ...!!! 1st of all no board signs to reach the hotel. It became a task to reach some how reached there but came to know They were relocating, hence the complete hotel was a mess. Worst service ever i guess mine was the last booking for them. If incase they were relocating they should'nt have taken the booking. Non- cooperating staff they all were busy to shift the things. I will say this was my best stay experience in Mussourie and a prime reason is the stay at this hotel. They have parking service, wonderful staff who's always at service. View of the hills from room was best and got myself sun soaked from the common area from where you can also see a picturesque view. Best wishes to the team!

Quality of of rooms don't compliment price. This hotel is just worth ...rs. a night. *Cleanliness was not upto the mark (washbasin had hair remains of people last stayed.*one of our rooms was smelling cigarettes all time.* no water bottles provided in room worth ....*no towels provided in the room worth ....* pillow cover were full strains.*one of the rooms main door handle was broken.*

I have very bad experience. TV was not working. Bedsheet was not clean. Water supply was disturbed. I was stucked in bathroom with soap without water. A long wait for morning breakfast even in 3-4 family. When I complain they asked to check out. It was really mess.

First, I just want to thank Sandeep, the manager of the hotel. He was as good as they come - helpful, attentive and prompt. He made our stay quite comfortable, even called before we checked in to let him know if we needed anything! Although the hotel is a bit off road and one might not easily find it, once you get there, it's totally worth it. The view from our room 203 was amazing. The good things to start with - the hotel is beautifully located with great views. The staff is very friendly. Adequate hot water and good water pressure. Now the not so good things - Very poor maintenance, inadequate heating (for winters), poor food quality, breakfast spread is very poor.
