Very much poor experience, we had really pathetic experience, Major issue we found.1. Non maintained property 2. Bed-sheet dirty and bad smelly 3. Bathroom like hell water issue and flush not working properly 4. Restaurant not in operating and whatever we ordered food delivery we got after 1 hour 5. Game play area not in good condition to play 6. Entire hotel operating by only 4 to 5 persons So very poor in service 7. Location of hotel in middle of industry area

Very good place to visit again, it's a peaceful and natural atmosphere and loved visit again and again. The waterfall is the USP of your resort and to be maintain clean around as found empty wine and alcohol bottles which is really harmful to the people who visiting the place, also need to be aware the people's who visiting your resort towards the maintain this place neet and clean and beautiful. One more thing I like the most is that the resort owner did not disturbing the nature of this place even they have maintain beautiful.

Hotel Rooms are Good but the service was so pathetic.hotel location in Some industrial area.. around the outside city (20+ kms).Hotel Staff is very rudely answering all of the guests.Food taste is so much bakwas type.also they are not Opal Club they are Camby Spa and Resort's nameOnly one thing is good in hotels about their Rooms.

Dear Sir,On the morning of 24th Jan-21 we have booked hotel at Udaipur in the name of Opal Club resort which as per the message(Images Attached) we received from you showing the location near to the Fateh Sagar Lake(Udaipur), But there was no such hotel at that location,& when we contacted the given number and asked where is the exact location we came to know that it was far away(18km) from udaipur somewhere in an industrial area,Also the Food we ordered was in very poor condition(find the images attached)Best regards,Manohar Jadhav

The hotel is situated away from the disturbance of the main city. Rooms are very spacious and food is delicious. My stay was amazing at this hotel, would love to stay again here in the future.
