this used to be the best hotels in surat, but now the condition and services r deteriorating. no staff was there for taking luggage from the car. i had to actually call for someone . the lift lobby had strong smoking smell .
the rooms had king bed but queen size comforters. the bath tub didn't have a stopper. the hair dryer wire was fully ripped up. the bathroom doors donot have any lock.
main door lock was also not working properly

A very calm and Clean place to stay,
The location is very good, close to the Airport & shopping area.
Only Pure Veg. delicious foods available.
Staff members are supportive and well behaved.

they charge 5 star prices but there are cockroaches in the room. even after telling the cleaning team about it, the cockroaches were still there.

very poor maintenance of the rooms... bed sheet was found to be having hole, light broken and wallpaper torn off... overall a very bad experience compared to the tariff charged

highly overpriced average hotel , which seems to be under renovation .
not much variety in breakfast
average service standards
need more variety in breakfast with a little bit of fast service by staff
every business traveller runs short of time in the morning and needs a good breakfast to start a day 😌
