Excellent location with good properties.Spacious room, food quality is excellent. Room service also excellent. Staffs of front desk & House keeping very polite.
total ambience of the hotel is calm quiet and decent.
Noticable thing is property are not maintained properly. In bathroom fittings are with good quality but little bit of negligence is showing to maintain thst,no toilet paper is available in bathroom only one switch available for operating once geyser once Air conditioner. Floor of the room are somehow not maintained properly.

TV is not working
Many times I request the hotel receptionist but they don't care.

Pathetic Hotel. Rooms are not Clean. Lift is not working. All staff including Hotel Manager are not professional.Specifically In Morning time Reception Boy is not able to behave properly.
Moreover If you go with Family it was very risky because Hotel staff are open the door with master key without Knocking the door if you are inside the Room. So before visit this hotel please think 5 times.

Nice Hotel. Located in heart of the City. Easy to access. Staff are also good except the Morning Reception Boy.
