The rooms were pathetic. bedsheets were not clean. services very slow. breakfast have very limited options and the worst thing is the limitation in breakfast. although the breakfast was included in our package but the worst and funniest thing is you have to eat only as per the hotel rules. If one person has been served one plate of parantha and he wants to have extra then it's chargeable. this is the first time I have experienced this. even one bottle of water which is always complimentary with ...more

horrible ambiancepoor pillows and blanketshighly untidy washroom/bathroomno one at reception before 9 is in the morningasked for tea at 7:30 am, I have been told that it will be served only at/after 9 am.I paid in advance for two night's stay but left in 1 day only.(requesting returning of money for a day, considering the horrible experience and I was in no condition but to leave the room after 1 night only)

Never go back to this hotel again.in my Room only one 5 watt bulb is working and when I informed about it to hotel staff they don't take any action and told me next time you don't face such type problem but this time adjust it.
