hospitality and ambience was top notch. Room ambience was really good we literally feel that we are in vrindavan. Every staff member was helpful and humble. Shivani Ji and Umesh Choudhary Sir helped us with our stay and itenary in Vrindavan. Overall stay was top class. you must visit this place when in Vrindavan.

Luxury room, Marvellous...staff was amazing nd supportive all time we call,nd food was also amazing ..till now my frst best hotel..best hotel in vrindavan ..must visit this property..Thank u so much orchid heritage team..if we will again come vrindavan than we will book only this property..

hotel is good, food is nice and only indian food, don't expect them to make a good noodle or manchurian. staff behaviour is not that good neither they are attentive. we have booked an executive room and they have provided a deluxe room after telling us that we have booked an executive room. then we went downstairs to understand the issue then they showed us the executive rooms, they have views of other rooms whereas deluxe rooms are road facing (some of them) . we didn't opted then and stayed ba ...more
