1. room's and bathroom's hygeine is very bad
2. no hot water in bathroom in morning too
3. when i reached the hotel to check-in, the room were not ready

I liked orchid inn, especially room service and those boys who r all working there, they r very kind and available whenever we need help…room service was really good I wud give 10/10 for working ppl…

Room is good and neat but no hot water provided, even in bathroom no hot water provided, hit water available only in morning that too 7 to 9AM. Drinking water also dirty. Overall the experience is very bad

A absolute bare necessity hotel located around 1.4 km from Ooty main town on Coonoor Ooty road, the property is closer to all point of interests. Rest as mentioned earlier, its a bare minimum hotel, ideally suited for group stay as they have large rooms with bed that can easily accommodate 4 members with ease.
