I reserved a room with air conditioning and a king-size bed. The room's cleanliness aligns with what was shown in the description and images. However, during check-in, I encountered an issue where they initially offered two single or double beds. After multiple discussions, they finally provided the promised king-size bed but noted a lack of hot water availability. we booked double bed with fan but the bed was twin bed and the amenities they mentioned not provided. no electric kettle, no hot water, no geyser / water heater, no intercom and telephone. they should provide 4 pillows but only 02 we got and the condition of towel is not good. blanket and bedsheets I got the torn one. apart from this rest all ok stay is good the location of the hotel also good.
