the room the view and the ambience all are excellent except the food.

This is a well maintained private property, it's clean, neat , has very good views but there is no proper management to welcome you or to guide you bcz there is no sign board or entrance board or reception available over there, you have to go search for ppl to get ur keys,so keep in mind before booking your stay

Hereby I am writing a review on their cottage Pine Lanai, where we stayed.
1. The location of the said cottage and view from there is amazing. (5star rating)
2. But the cottage stay was horrible, with sleepless nights due to roofing sheet noise on the wind, as sheets are unfixed properly.
3. Also, no security as these cottages are away from the resort buildings, and no intercom to contact for emergencies.
4. There are no amenities like wifi, swimming pool, and restaurant. (only room service).
5. By considering all the above the rates are little high
