The service of the restaurant was just below average. They didn't even have soda for serving the soda lime of the menu, while they even have a bar. Our expectations of getting authentic odia cuisine was fully shattered. Even the rice which they served was not fulky cooked.
The rooms were not up to mark as per the charges.

Clean, good service. Reached at 3am in the morning and was still received with a smile and luggage was shifted instantly. Dinning options quite good both food and service. Nice place to stay

Excellent Hotel...Parking available...Room is spacious...well and good maintained... Staff's are also very supportive especially Alok Bhai.... He is very Good Person...
Reason behind not giving 5 star is washroom western comode Flush is not working.

Very nice quiet place to stay at Sambalpur, <30 mins to MCL HO Burla, <15 mins from SBP Station, smoothly organised, Good staffs, no hassles if you are accurate in your requirements. OTDC Panthanivas, Try it.

the stay at otdc panthniwas sambalpur was very satisfying. it was value for money. the amenities were adequate for the stay and commensurate with the tariff charged. the food was superb though with limited choices, perhaps due to less occupancy at that time. the staff were well behaved and friendly. overall a very satisfying stay.

stay experience was ok... services needs to improve..from morning was asking for tea but unfortunately couldn't get one cup..as i had to go out for an appointment, i requested but not responded ...they said ..other people are waiting...i walked out...lots of improvement in services are required.
