Total fraud hotel, specially the manager Mr. Keshav, seeing that the booking was done same day he told us that there some problem in the room and can accommodate to another property. When we visited the other property they offered us a room meant for their staff. Same day booking does not offers refund as per Goibio policy. It is not resort. At best it can be an Inn or Lodge .. No value for money .. infact we are planning to move out from here tomorrow

The hotel is about 30 min driving distance from Chakrata. Nothing much to do at this place. Rooms were below average. Food was good and the manager (Mr Rahul) was helpful
