he denied to give room
receptionist was drunk
he used some rude word's
mannerless
waste of money
he refused us to give room
one of worst experience of my life with ur organisation
night time with heavy rain
where should go
when u people has cancelled the agreement with these type of Hotel
y u entertain us to book these type of Hotel
at 10.30pm
I got a room in another Hotel
Please make a needful help
Please return my money
