It's located at a very shady place doesn't feel safe, avoid it all costs if you are alone,they also charged me extra 200₹ just for sanitizing which is already included in the whole fee breakup just for spraying few sprays around the room.poorly maintained rooms and there was not a very pleasant scent around. not worth for the amount paid, I get much better rooms for the same price.not great.

we finished a second show movie at the phoenix mall and were already tired of the boring movie. driving all the way to Chengalpattu would be risky as we were sleepy. decided to book a hotel near by for late night check in and were ready for a kachada hotel. to our surprise this was a very clean and spacious room. though the design is not a star category one, was a very comfortable place except for car parking. recommended for business visitors and those who do not need a car parking space. th ...more

Room are good but toilets are pathetic. No hygiene and no drinking water available which force us to buy water bottle and it's been sold with ₹5 costlier than MRP ₹20. AC malfunction. They won't serve breakfast till you force to prepaee. The road that pave to this hotel are dirty and surroundings are ugly. The rooms charged we no where seems to be paisa vasool.
