it's a very bad experience, I reached at hotel at 2 pm. Hotel staff available on the reception I said I have the booking for today but he denied I have no information of that I didn't received any details on whatsapp then I show booking over phone he said we didn't have any deluxe room, they have only super deluxe if you want to stay you have to pay more otherwise do what you are want. I was in hurry because of I have the meeting on 3:30, so I take the super deluxe. I am an outsider so I can't fight themI attached the hotel bill

In general the hotel is well maintained, food is good, staff are well behaved, cleaning is good.
But rates of the food items are very high.
