The only advantage is the close proximity, just 100m, to the Ganesha and Shiva temples. It is an old building which needs renovation. It was a 9×10 feet room. We had booked a non ac room but couldn't open the windows. So had some discomfort in sleeping. There was no accessories provided. Not even water. Wash basin tap was leaky. No food available in the vicinity.

we knew that the washroom was attached to room. However, on arrival and check in we found that its a common washroom for an entire floor. The floor had almost 8 rooms.

Location is the most important thing in this property. Gokarna is a small place. Right in front of the property is Mahabaleshwar temple. Just adjacent is the Mahaganapathi temple. Just 100 m ahead is the Gokarna main beach. Less than 2 km away is the Kudle beach at a walkable distance if you go through the shortcut nearby Ganesha temple. The budget room was pretty basic, with 2 single beds, and a private washroom outside the room. There are too many mosquitoes in the night time. The cost per night was around 800 INR, that's pretty budget friendly and you get things accordingly.

Little difficult locate since the rooms are on top of a house but the rooms were neat and maintained well. No lift and need to carry luggage on ones own.

the worst room. very very very conjusted. if you pay the rent, cockroches are free. you can live in the room with cockroaches without paying extra amount. charged very very costly like a 5 star hotel. it is worth of Rs. 209 per day. DONT go to the rooms.

Had a very bad experience, its not at all worth. It's in-front of Mahabaleshwar temple thats true, but no parking. No room service, even bedsheets towels(which they didnt give us) come from a very dirty closet located on first floor. We booked two rooms these are my reviews1. The rooms are very dirty, lot of bugs and spider webs.2. The washroom was dirty as hell3. I found this place overpriced you can get a better room near the beach even less than this. Good for devotees who want to visit Shree Mahabaleshwar temple

very good place I hope they keep the rooms the same price... pro's :- host is very soft spoken and helpful... prime location... if you book a room with attached bathroom those rooms are spacious... right next to Mahabaleshwar temple. street shopping nearby hotel. con's :- even though parking is safe outside, internal parking is quite small... others :- I stayed for the a day so I cannot speculate about long term experience staying at this hotel.. however what ever I have mentioned will play a role i deciding your stay
