very bad service. unhygienic. dirty bedsheets... bathroom with a big window... everything visible from outside.. balcony door doesn't have a lock.... this is the super deluxe room they provide

Stay was ok but room service and food was pathetic. I booked for complementry breakfast. There were only 3 options available. We chose parathas. But they were not having butter available with them. Therefore we decided to have breakfast outside.
