Pathetic experience :-( Booked a BEACH View villa but had Marriage tent view villa !Booked a beach view villa room for family stay and I found marriage tent setup in front of villa with view of beach blocked. Felt cheated. Did I travel and pay exorbitant charges for beach view villa to see the marriage tent ? The hotel didn't have the courtesy to inform the guest in advance to cancel it or take informed decision. Whole day till night tent workers kept working leaving no privacy to guests specia ...more

1. Pathetic service. Manager doesn't know how to talk to guests. They can't even provide one hanger and kept arguing over it with no logic at all.
2. Dirty rooms, not worth paying 18000 rs. for one day.
3. Don't over stay here, just visit beach and stay somewhere else.
4. Food was okay. But when you are paying 18000 for one night, then don't expect much. They can't even match 2 star hotel dining experience.
5. Over all -1/5 rating, Very Bad experience.

The property was extremely overpriced. The location was decent but maintenance was very poor. Amenities were not up to the mark. Most of the electronics in the room were not working. The bathroom taps were jammed. Overall staff was unhelpful and rude. The receptionist Mr. Naidu got in a altercation with us when we asked for hangers for the wardrobe. The food was sub standard. The same curry and daal was served for lunch and dinner. The tents were infected with fungus. Not value for money.
