Not recommend at all. Hotel Palace Inn Agartala is doing huge fraud with the customers.I had to catch a flight from Agartala, so I booked this hotel for one night on 30 July . I got a room /-. When I came here, I came to know that in the name of a hotel, some old small house has been converted into a hotel. Old furniture, dirty bathroom with plastic doors, AC was making a lot of noise but no cooling at all. No complimentary water bottle, no wi-fi, damp smelly rooms with dust, Don't know since ...more

Most 3rd class hotel. Curtains are not washed since from inception, TV not working, cockroach, bathroom are like road side pay and use, food quality is Zero, plates and bowls are not washed, no tissues inside the room, rooms are smelling bad. The owner's voice is always high. He didn't know how to behave with guests.

I had a good stay, room is ok, location is also good but you need to walk abit to get some things, nearby not available. Overall its OK.

Location of the hotel is easily accessible.just behind the market.room is ac with private balcony. staffs are very co operative.

Had a wonderful stay here. This was good experience in Agartala. as this is my first visit here. Owner and all staffs are very humble, they doing everything possible to provide you a comfortable stay. Recommended for family too👍

the experience was pathetic. the room is not hygiene, lots of mosquitos, no drinking water, TV is not functioning. No towels, pillow cover not washed. smelly

Very Unpleasant, demoralising, unhygenic, Pathetic and unprofessinal attitude. It's an aweful and hopeless experience altogether.
Rooms are clumsy, foul smelling, unhygenic and very filthy

Nice Hotel. Location of Hotel is nearer to the Ujjayanta Palace. Amenities and service excellent. I have not taken food. so I have no comment. I am rating the Hotel three Star.
