When I checked in TV and set up box remote was not functioning.
Three technicians including a trainee tried repairing and took 30 to 45 minutes to solve.
Secondly the water heater not working and they had to boil and bring in buckets after almost one hour

property location is not kollam, it's pathanpuram and it's very much kollam..
it's like you are saying you from India but you are actually staying in Pakistan and only because you are in Asian continent you are taking name of India..
not acceptable
