most third class hotel. no basic amenities not even a LTR of drinking water they are providing. room floor is full of dust. breakfast is including in booking but denied to give and after talking they are giving a small portion and told we are not getting any money from Oyo do can't give. moreover the worst tele service have witnessed since yesterday night. number of times call them nothing happened.

it's a good hotel with resort loan on highway near bharuch. if you wanna do wedding here , the lawns are good and rooms are spacious with big mirrors. descent interior.

stayed at hotel -23rd night. found that TV channels were not there. probably the recharge was not done. staff said if you want to watch TV you can do the recharge or else talk to the reception. pathetic response. morning breakfast... horrible experience... out if the menu Poha, upma, vada sambhar... we had only to pick 1 dish. if it was limited breakfast.. why you have not mentioned it in your description that the breakfast will be served with limited option!! it's a very bad hotel and bad ser ...more

1)room were not prepared after confirmation . 2) Hospitality and room service poor 3) Breakfast is like Prasad. In fact, Resort is very specious, rooms are very big n spacious. owner needs to take serious look

very bad bad bad experience the suite room was booked by me but the reception person told sir it is been already allocated to other so i have to take deluxe room.. the person was not behaving well.. he was bluntly saying to complain.. never book room in this hotel I went with wife and 3 year kids he has not bothered to ask me a glass of water also
