First of all staffs are very friendly and room is spacious. But completely disappointed with one of the hotel policy that hot water timings are 5am-10am & 5pm-10pm and hot water stopped at 9am itself. Secondly they are not placing the water bottles at the time of check in. We need to call the reception to get that. AC water leakage is there in the room and after escalating they adjusted the settings and still there was a slight leakage. AC was not working in the restaurant. Food quality is average. Swimming pool is medium sized and not clean. Overall stay is average.

It was a feel good experience. we got the rooms at the best price from goibibo with complimentary breakfast and complimentary late checkout. we are happy with the amenities in the hotel. Thank you Goibibo and Coastal grand and resorts for making it a memorable experience.
