my room was not serviced even after informing the room. the receptionist was stubborn and memory loss during my 5 days stay the gentleman has forgot my 5 request of Water / Tea / laundry for wash and Service my room. after reminding him after 1 hour or 2 hour then only he had sent a person to close my request. the room bathroom hygiene and cleaning is pathetic. even the linen of the bed also. the hotel location is very good which I like the most, and the room is good and specious but the overall ...more
