It was a very bad experirnce. They didnt give me all the three rooms i booked. They said it has been cancelled. After one hour of waiting they gave me two rooms. Moreover they were very arrogant. I booked three rooms and they gave me only two. The rooms were extremely dirty. The toilet seat was extremely dirty. No amneties at all. No towel no soap.. I have been using it from a long time. I have been charged for the room i didnt even get. The light were not in a working condition. There was only one light in the room that too very dim

I dont recommend this hotel to any one. Worst hotel service, Worst amenities, No hot water in rooms , no Chairs available in the rooms and not even a working table to properly work.

Hotelier denied my check in despite of my room booked in advnace with full payment.It was a shocking exp.to hear from them that we cant give u the room due to marriage cermonies. After a wait of long an hr.... i was alotted a sub standard absolutely unhygienic and store room type room..Not recommend to the outsider ppl travelling to this town. only exterior and the food quality is good for rest they have to improve.

lot of dampness and no exhaust and hot water in bathrooms. it only gloss and finish in reception. lift was too small.
