I booked this hotel as it is very close to the waterfall. After arriving at the hotel my nightmare began. The main gate for entry was locked. After security opened it and showed me the room, it become worse. Except one security guard there was no staff in hotel. We were the only guests. No restaurants and no room service. There were big ants on the bed, not to mention unhygienic room and toilet condition. This one was a disaster.
