Rooms are small, there was Water dripping out almost from all the walls. Breakfast was ala cart & was very limited. Room tarrif very high compared to the rooms & facilities

We usually stay at Palm Tree hotel because of our work. This time we got room upgrade too - rooms are spacious, clean and ample space to work and move around. Whenever we asked for tea - we got it quickly! their food and tea are exceptional - best in Aligarh. Also the newly opened cafe/bakery is warm and full of incredible food items. Hassle free check in and check out. Uninterrupted supply of tea and early breakfast. Their room service is good.

My experience for staying is awesome, food is good, they have 3 Restaurants including a roof top also.. Hotel is over priced thats the only flaw. Apart from that all good.

Basic amenities like refrigerator, iron, slippers, WiFi, clean linen, overall cleaning of room, malfunctioning phone. Not worth for the money.

spacious room, great room service, food was delicious and always on time. I loved that we had this big window, there was natural light in the room. Different places to sit and work. absolutely delighted to stay in a Palm tree. Just one issue is with hot water - it is difficult to get hot water and process is tedious and it involves a lot of water being wasted.
