    This hotel was a 4 star property when I had first stayed here 10 yrs ago. I was very impressed then but the quality of the hotel currently has run down. Management seems not to care about this. Food is pathetic, at times half cooked, like idli's. Coffee cups and glasses are not washed and one would feel miserable to drink from it. Inspite of complaining on day 1 of my 7 days stay, nothing changed. Mattresses definetely need a change as my back is gone sleeping on it, its way too old and makes no ...more

    Hotel rooms to be renovated, very old rooms old furniture, they had a very good breakfast buffet. Breakfast was good, location of the hotel is good
