Very very worst experience in Pan Residency I booked Deluxe AC room but they provided standard AC room the rooms are not clean damaged blanket there is no space for extra bed to provide and I asked give another pillow and blanket but they refused only one blanket provide for one booking the Cockroach are roaming everywhere

Okay experience!
Can still provide the better service. Staff denied to bring the water. Cleanliness wise needs improvement. Not too bad. Can be something better.

Very Good Experience, Clean and Tidy room, its a small executive room, but well maintained. Super good for the price we pay for a hotel within walkable distance from Chennai Central station. Decent and helpful staff, especially Mr. Nanda, was kind and helpful.
