I reserved a double bed room AC. Extremely subpar service, including a dirty & unpleasant room, insects in the restroom, and no phone, soap, or towel. At midnight the other guests are shouting and making some nuisance to all.
Not a safe place to stay with family. very poor service. Not worth for money.

VERY SMALL ROOM WAS PROVIDED AND NO INTERCOM, IN THE NAME OF TOILETORIES ONLY ONE SMALL BATH SOAP, NO TOWEL, NO BED FOR 3rd PERSON ONLY A SINGLE MATTRESS, WITH THAT MUCH MONEY IT IS VERY UNSATIESFACTORY.

Worst stay I have ever had. The hotel over exaggerated itself. the building is narrow & deep. No lift available. When I arrived at the hotel the man at the reception was busy on phone & asked me to sit & to wait. When I said I have to go to the temple he tried to misguide me by saying temple opens at 5 pm, right now it's closed but Temple opens at 4 pm and the information is also available. Hospitality at reception and room complimentary items was nothing provided. Mainly NO lift is available as rooms are available above second floor. Even room attender is not available to buy coffee from outside.

The worst hotel to stay. I never ever stayed in such worst hotel. Staff are very very rude. They never treat you well. Be prepared to carry your own luggage and the rooms are very tiny, not at all clean and attached to a movie theater and you can't sleep whole night. if u want to spoil your trip mood then book this hotel.

Poor customer service. Not at all helpful... Room facilities can still be improved with basic amenities.
