hotel rooms n surroundings were pleasant, staff was co-operative as well. the only issue was with the telephone in the room, it was not working

i have no photos to share. the room for the 3 adults was very small. toilet flush was not working at all. no dental kit, hand wash... basic things were missing... additional bed provided was not of good quality and was very thin and that to placed directly at the floor... overall will not recommend for families stay.

Checked two rooms by hotel manager but in both the rooms we have cockroach roaming. Later we show 3rd room in which cockroach was not there but toilet was dirty. Though the manager get the l toilet cleaned later on post complaint, cleanliness was a big issue in the hotel.
