As it was cold days , hotel has restrictions on hot water , hot water is there only till 9 : AM & we have reached there at 10 AM & there was no hot water . Bed sheets , Duvet cover & pillow cover was not changed, we have asked staff to replace but they didn't do it , there was stains on bed sheets. Front office guy was bit roude to us , wouldn't recommend this hotel.

I have paid to hotel premium families deluxe room but botel provide me his regular room ...service ok but two Manager person of hotel total liar ......hotel location nice restaurants perso also very well ...

here , the hotel is good , no problem but they have a rule that you have to check out before 9 am and thats not good because people come at hill stations to relax but he wants his customers to wake up at 7 am and leave before 9 am . thats not good

Walkable distance from to the Pologround and Nakkilake. I would recommend tourist to arrange their own kettle as it is not available in all room. Hot water timings are fixed which is 06:00 to 09:00. Even every day we need to call the reception to start hot water around 06:15 after waiting of 15 mins. I would suggest to explore few more hotel option as value for money needs to be reconsider. We did the breakfast on both days and its good.

Overall it is a decent place to stay. And it is not far from the market and Nakki Lake; although you need to be mindful that walking towards the hotel is a task due to the steep slope. The staff is quick to respond and helpful. The biggest let down is the in-house restaurant - it was shabby and the food was not good. Also considering the amount being charged, certain basic facilities like room heater (to beat the December cold) should have been provided. A bit more focus on cleanliness (of the rooms as well as the towels) would also help.

average experience . one needs to ask for everything because the staff and the owners are not at all proactive when it comes to hospitality. arrogance in attitude instead of being humble which should be top priority in their line of business nevertheless the location is good.

The hotel was good, the parking space outside was small but the hotel owner was arranging all the cars in an orderly manner, the food was good, the food rates were also good, the music at night was also good.
