The behaviour of hotel staff was very poor,. I have booked 2 rooms in the hotel for 3 days with breakfast, but the breakfast provided was very poor and late . .No senior level person was available in the management system. House keeping service was very poor , our rooms cleaned only once .I won't recommend to anybody.

room was not good. glass panels on windows had gaps through which cold air was coming. hot water is a big issue. even after leaving the tap open for 30 minutes water was not hot enough.
breakfast menu was not according to a 4-star property. in dinner, on first day they served cold chapatis.
on second day, they mentioned there were 3 dishes but provided only two. also, there was no variation. both days same sweet dish was provided.
although, hotel staff was polite.

The ambience and service is really great. The staff members are very helpful. Also, the taste of food of their restaurant is awesome!!
