it was a horrible experience overall. the service is very poor. there is no coordination among them. food was served cold, almost an hour later. no forks were provided for the pasta, which upon complaining arrived 30 mins later. when asked for a charger to charge their speaker in the gym, it arrived an hour later when i was almost done with my workout. overall very bad service according to the money charged. no value for money

our stay at parkinn by radisson was truly exceptional! the rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable, with stunning views of the city. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. we especially loved the delicious breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options. the hotel's central location made it easy to explore the surrounding area, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting vellore
