The receptionist does not know full information. Nothing is provided properly in room. Unless uake call and tell them to provide, they will not do their work. No hot water.
Wifi they are not providing.
Final billing they are not providing bills.
Very worst experience.

location is good but when i entered the room its not ready where i called and informed well in advance. they say luxury but its not seen anywhere.. commodes are not neat. bed sheets and pillow covers have lot of marks. there is no mat in the room.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Park Iris Hotel in Vijayawada. The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff was extremely polite, helpful, and ensured all my needs were met promptly.
The location is very convenient, close to key places in the city, yet peaceful.

bedsheet and pillows are not maintained clean. they've given the same bedsheets and pillows to me which got used priorly. washroom is not clean. Morning breakfast is better.

hotel cleanliness is good and breakfast is also nice but maintainence of the ac and fans are terrible the ac is leaking water which makes the whole floor wet fans also making robotic sounds which disturbing the sleep

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The bed sheets were not clean, and the bathroom commode was extremely dirty. It was, without a doubt, the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The level of hygiene was unacceptable, making my stay very uncomfortable. Given the trouble I faced with the untidy rooms and bathrooms, I believe I am entitled to a refund. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable stay.
