The stay was good. The staffs were courteous and helpful. All basic facilities were available and any special requests were readily accepted. The only suggestion would be to improve the morning breakfast buffet as it is good if you are staying just for one day but it gets boring if you staying there for more than 3 days.

Visited them recently after 2 years. They have indeed kept the quality intact. The check-in was smooth, the room was good (things like linen could hvae been better), the ala carte items were really good to taste, and the morning breakfast was excellent with many options to choose from. The location also was bang on, you get every possible means of travel right outside the property gate on OMR. Will definitely visit again. Quick checkin, great buffet

food is good , but service is very slow including all departments, resturant staff are never pick the phone if pick also they are passing the phone here to there for orders

Only one positive thing about Park Plaza is the breakfast they provide with a variety of dishes 1.Noisy cot 2. Less maintained toilets 3. Non-stop water from flush unit and no one came to check it even after 30 minutes of complaining to the front desk. 4. Bathroom mats were not given. 5. In one of the rooms we booked, shower was not working at all and they made it working after we checked-in. 6. Very bad experience. Poor response and service from the hotel staffs. Food quality and varieties were not up to the mark. Swimming pool was very dirty. Overall a worst experience.
