I was offered a smoking room with twin beds despite my booking of non-smoking room with king size bed. After an argument, I got my room which looked like not opened for several days....stinky, dusty in corners, uncleaned bathroom. I ordered tea in my room which I had to pay cash right away, due to my online booking. Getting inferior services is very common for online booking.

Hotel is not providing the Gst bill of My name and company. he asked me to speak to goibibo. I have sent them many reminders in Duty manager number and Ms Pallavi staff of Hotel assure me to provide the bill but not received yet. Please look into it.

Stay was amazing, staff was polite and amicable. Food was tasty. Mr. Sharad, GM knows his job very well and took hospitality at the next level. Location of the hotel is on the highway. Very easy to reach there.
