Rooms are too old without any repair, staff is rude and charging things for more than MRP and even charging gst over it. Let me remind you that MRP is always tax inclusive. They also charge more in bill as compare to prices in menu. Be very vigilant while paying for it.

Everything was fine in this hotel the room is good, location is good, everything is good but I am giving it a 2 because the staff here is not loyal. The day I stayed I forgot my jeans there, I lose things by mistake, but I called up, maybe he got some hours later, but he said he did not get anything like that. It is not about jeans but about loyalty. If I forgot something else that was precious, I would not get it back. The owner should keep his staff honest.

The Hotel is Extremely Excellent... but there are few things that need to be fixed..
1) No free water ..( atleast one bottle should be free)
2) No door mate in front of the Bathroom ( our leg is wet after bathing where can we wipe our leg without door mate)
best thing in hotel
1) The staff is our good the offer is a complimentary water bottle...
2) polite when talking
3) Food was the Best, I must say my bad mood instantly changed to a happy mood.

The staff was supportive overall.
However, when I asked them to fix the TV because it wasn’t working, they initially agreed but didn’t take any action.
I stayed at the hotel for three nights, and the TV was still not repaired by the end of my stay. This was very disappointing.
Additionally, there were some issues with the AC, as it was not properly set
