The room was not clean. The table was dusty. Bad customer service. Booked a room for 3 adults. There was no coat for the third person. They put a low-quality single coat and bed for the third person.

we went to have breakfast in the morning. my wife was not feeling well that day. she wanted to have breakfast at banquet; so I accompanied her despite I want my breakfast be served in room. I felt embarrassed as if I was having food from her platter. weird experience.

THIS HOTEL IS VERY MUCH MORE THAN ITS CATEGORY, WELL MAINTAINED SPACIOUS ROOMS WITH NEXT LEVEL WASHROOMS.

"i had a disappointing experience with the receptionist. however, the rest of the staff provided excellent service.my room was not properly maintained, with dust on the floor and a small spider in the bed. additionally, the bed linens were itchy.on the other hand, the restaurant staff were very friendly and efficient, and the food was excellent. overall, aside from the reception and room issues, the other services were impressive."or, if you'd like a more concise version:"i encountered issues wi ...more

very avg..did not keep any towels...reception was non responsive while calling from room...room boys doesn't understand Malayalam nor English..for the price they charged for stay, really dissatisfied
