Not at all clean. Room is ancient shit. Even after sheets were change I noticed bed bugs and small insects all over bed. doesn't care about how is Pavani Residency, all you care upload photos and get customers. did you check how was rooms and amenities? Why even Pavani Residency Rs.15 water bottle cost Rs.25. No cleanliness no amenities. I regret stayed in Pavani Residency. Pavani Residency is less than 1 star. I don't recommend to anyone.

Very bad service. I had booked this hotel for my official trip stay in Nellore. Even after informing the hotel that Ill be reaching late, when I reached hotel at around 1 AM the receptionist denied to take me a room as he was in a deep sleep. Apart from that, at the time of checkout when I requested them for a GST bill for claiming the expenses, they are saying they can't provide GST bill for the bookings. Very pathetic service.

Very Bad service I have ever experienced. They not even provided drinking water and towels also which is a basic thing any cheapest hotel also will maintain. I'm not at all going to revisit that hotel anymore. I don't want to highlight and say all others which I experienced. But need to mention is washrooms which are worst.
