ac room was not given and told to cancel if non ac room not needed. I stayed as It was early morning. and room was dirty

Very poor experience. Very dirty bed sheets toilets not maintained when complained given deaf ear as if I am stying free.

i don't take any pictures but i have booked for ac stay but after i reached hotel they told that no ac rooms available and then enter the room it's was very bad to stay and also no television when i call and spoke with the reception they speak very rude and cut the phone

My overall experience at the hotel was average. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was polite. However, the room could have been better maintained — it felt a bit dated and lacked attention to detail in cleanliness. Basic amenities were available, but nothing stood out. The food was okay, but service at the restaurant was a bit slow. It’s a decent place for a short stay, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

un clean room with hairs all over, broken toilet, rude behaviour of staff, no toiletries provided, AC remote not working, no car parking available...
with all these feel thee room is overpriced...!!

Bad service Apartment i stayed ever. Full of Cigarette smoke smell at Mid night. They do not even provide plates to have food. No toothpaste or soap provided in morning. Even windows are not covered with screen in room.
