worst service full of mosquitos and no tv connection is present. no mosquito repellent and water were provided.

It was a good experience of staying in Hotel Pavitra in Purniya. I wanted to give 3.5 stars but there was not any option.
What was good:
Housekeeping is good.
Staff behavior is nice.
The management is supportive.
Needs Improvement:
Food needs to be improved in terms of taste, quality and hygiene.
Food cost is comparatively high and can be less costlier.
I hope it improves when I next visit there.
Good luck for the future.
