I booked ac super deluxe room but i was given ac deluxe room only. Not very clean. Just average. No room service.

The staff was good, but the hotel rooms are very average. The Ac was having cooling problem. No TV cable / Dish connection. Completely unsatisfied with the hotel.

. Wash room and bathroom are very dirty, no proper maintenance. Lift was faylty and stucked in the basement.

Advantages: 1) Near to bus stand, 2) Autos available just opposite hotel, 3) Main market nearby, 4) Mayur restaurant in hotel premises itself, 5) Co-operative and well behaved staff. Improvement area: 1) Toilet light is very dim, 2) Toilet accessories like towel stand,soap stand etc are covered with rust, they need to be replaced, 3) Combod needs to be replaced as dirt has got embedded in the base
