The ground floor rooms are the worst you get a lot of noises and disturbance never ever take the rooms on ground floor

Hotel was not so great, most of things were out of service. Cleanliness was the biggest concern over here despite of paying so much.

I charged extra for weekend but staff was not fully available because of holiday and services was not good and very rude. TV was not working and few lights were not working in the room. Breakfast was good only because we insisted that we have paid extra for this but food cost was hight than good out city restaurants. Overall it was just ok which was not expected.

The hotel payal is a very good hotel.Non ac room charge is not so high.It is very big in size,neat and clean .It's location, service quality, food and drink quality are excellent.I recommend to all visitors to stay in this hotel .

Location is good but room is at a place where you will not get networks worst is even there wifi was not working room was not properly cleaned i asked room service to clean it but they didn't come. Even food was not good
