Property is not maintained well. Ok as per the tariff. Room not so clean, cockroaches are roaming in night. But hotel has ample car parking space with guard. No restaurant or tea coffee maker available but there are so many good restaurants in 500 mtr distance.
Average as tariff is also less.

Bad experience to start with...... front office demanding 1k for 2hr early check inn 😡 room rent for 24hr 1.6k & 2hr early check inn charges 1k is ridiculous..... but later gave the room without any extra charge on the condition to check out 2 hr early.....except that all fine (Room Bathroom & Parking )

wonderful experience and excellent room service. comfortable stay in Hospet . they have travel desk and u can plan for any outing from here itself.
wonderful and comfortable place to stay with family. pretty good with all amenities

Had a bad start. we had told them we are checking in late, despite that, there was no one available at reception for 20 mins. The staff was a bit careless and lazy. took another 15 mins to check us. We called them thrice before to prepare them. They were slow. Also room was ok. Different service compared to other states, not good.Main issue Was BAD MANAGEMENT and LAZY STAFF. Don't expect much. They didn't even realise we checked out.

Poor upkeep of room, wallpapers are torn,linen not good,hotel needs maintenance,it's an old property ,getting transferred to new owner I guess..different name written all over it
